The foundation would like to partner with various organizations and individuals to create change in the lives of the African Girl by participating in three of our key projects.
Creating Change Through Mentorship
Twice a year our foundation will host a mentorship program aimed at bringing together girls from various areas in and around Namibia. During this time, the African Girl will be assigned individual mentors to help them shape their future through various activities and classes and practical assignments. Furthermore, the girls will also participate in activities which will equip them with soft skills such as professional etiquette, IT training and leadership skills.
Building a Business with the African Girl Child
Many times the youth and young adults are encouraged to obtain a tertiary qualification and seek employment. However, our Foundation, would like to see more young adults completing their tertiary education and working towards starting up their own business enterprise. Therefore, DMNT Foundation will enable young adults who are passionate about a specific cause and want to translate their passion into a business venture with the know-how and the financial assistance to startup their own business.
Empowering the African Girl through Education
DMNT Foundation will provide bursaries to at least six African Girls per year as we believe that education is the best way to empower an individual; as the knowledge they shall acquire will make a difference in both their lives and their families.
